What is the purpose of this site?
To provide fun addictive games for you to play free of charge.

Why won't a certain game start? Why do I get a gray screen?
You need the latest Java Runtime Environment to play our games. If you don't have it or are having problems download the latest Java plug-in.

If this does not correct the problem please post a message to the Support/Q&A Forum.

Why do I see a "Security Warning" window when trying to play a game?
You need the Sun Microsystems, Inc. Java plugin version 1.4 or greater to play the games. If you are a Microsoft Windows user running Internet Explorer the plugin will automatically install. Just click "Yes" and follow the instructions when you see the "Security Warning" window.

I found a bug. What should I do?
Please post a message to the Support/Q&A Forum describing the bug and any extra information you can that might help us reproduce the problem. You're feedback helps us make the games as good as possible.

How can I make a suggestion about a new feature or new game?
Please post a message to the Suggestions Forum with any suggestions you have. We're always open to new game ideas and new features to enhance our current games.

I have the latest version of Java, but the game is still screwing up (i.e. - crash, red X at top left, game freezes), what should I do to help get the problem solved?
First, open up your Java Console. In Windows, right-click the coffee cup icon at the bottom right of your screen and click on "Open Console". If you can copy what error message you get there and paste it into a forum post, we can use it as a lead to figure out what the problem is.

In addition to this information, a description of exactly what you were doing just before the error occurred along with a description of your computer including your browser name and operating system name would also help us to solve your problem.

I get an error in my Java console that starts with: "java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.gamelizard.util.GLApplet" before any game ever loads. What does this mean?
This problem occurs when your computer can't connect to our server for some reason and it gives up. Just refresh your page and it will load the next time.
